Savannah Sound Apartments

There are so many things that goes wrong out here I’ve already experienced a month of my ceiling ruined due to a water pipe bursting above me. My dryer stopped working I had to go up there to get help although I put a work order in that had been sitting in the system for about a month. My heater doesn’t work I’ve been using my oven to warm up my apartment now I’m highly upset because I woke up this morning and now my water doesn’t get hot for me to take a shower not even luke warm so I’m assuming my water heater must went out because it’s not even making the usual noises that it make when I use hot water . I feel so bad for choosing this apartment complex I should have took my time because when you rush you get results like this . I’m tired of paying rent here when there’s always somethin

My experience here has not been good . The office staffing here is terrible. The maintenance is terrible. The overall urgency to help tenants and resolve problems suck . It is very noisy , I can hear any and everything through the walls and from outside . I will not be renewing my lease. If I could get out my lease right now I would love to actually. I wish I would’ve did more research before moving here but my lesson is learned. I can go on and on about things that need to be fixed and things that took them a month plus to half ass fix . This has been just a terrible experience and I’m counting down the days until my lease is over.

Beautiful and quiet neighborhood! The ladies at the office and maintenance guys are so sweet. They go above and beyond to make sure the residents are taken care of and make sure that everyone feels welcomed.

Water is constantly turned off for repairs causing a huge inconvenience. While I appreciate management alerting residents, it's still a ongoing issue. Fix the problem and stop disconnecting our water supply, please.

INFESTED WITH ROACHES!!! Do NOT move here! No updated appliances! Poor communication with the office! great location due to the school zones but other than that I would give 0 stars if I could!!!
