Savannah Oaks Apartments in Spring

Fairly new resident here 👋 but I want to give a quick review for the friendly staff. There’s been a few issues since my fiancée and I moved in but the staff has always acting swiftly to fix the issues same day. I’d like to also give a special shoutout to Jaime, who has been super helpful and caring no matter the problem. So far my fiancée and I have enjoyed our stay.

My main reason for this review, is one, to warn anyone thinking of leasing in building six, that there is a roach issue. Two, it’s been almost two weeks and per property manager- we are still awaiting a response from corporate- so hopefully this will escalate that response. When I received my keys, the apartment was not move in ready- it was filthy. Dead roaches in the kitchen drawers, bathroom drawers and the shower was not touched I’m assuming since the previous tenants moved out- it was gross, the washing machine was broke and maintenance had to order a new one. I very quickly found out this apartment had a roach issue and the apartment was alerted the day I received my keys. At my own expense, I did two pest treatments in the apartment. It was a family-oriented environment, and my stay was great! I liked the common room where you could read, work, use the computers, and print for free. The outdoor area near the common room has lots of trees, and the fresh air feels so good. Maintenance was very efficient; even after odd hours, they were available to help with my AC and key replacement , for a cost of course for my key/fob. My move-out process was smooth and stress-free. I visited their leasing office in person maybe three times during my stay. They were effective in addressing things via email and calls. Cons and reasons for my 4/5 star rating: - The buildings do not have good soundproofing. I could hear everything my neighbors did upstairs and across from me, and they could likely hear me as well. * Follow me on my Google account for more reviews. This apartment complex is luxury. Very pricey but the environment is pleasing. There are elevators for the apartment units with the forth floor. There is a pond in the middle of the complex with a walk around sidewalk. The doors do come with a wireless key remote. The walls are a little thin. You cam hear your neighbors dogs if they're barking.

The management is always friendly, professional, and quick to resolve any issues, ensuring residents feel valued. The maintenance team is equally impressive, responding swiftly and efficiently to repairs. On top of that, the amenities are beautiful, and the lake view adds a serene, picturesque touch to the property. The peaceful surroundings make it a perfect place to relax and unwind. Overall, the excellent service and stunning setting make this apartment complex stand out. I highly recommend it!
