I can't say enough wonderful things about this complex as well as the office manager, Geoff. We moved my mom in about a month ago. It's so quiet and peaceful. She feels very safe. It's very clean and if anything breaks they are great about fixing it. It's just overall been a really pleasant experience and we would recommend to anyone. 10/10

I’m beginning my 4th year here. I love my 2 bed, 2 bath apt. Savannah House of Yukon is conveniently located, completely safe, well maintained, & pet-friendly. My neighbors are wonderful, too. Activities director Karan & manager Pam are the BEST! Come for a visit.

Pam & the Crew has been incredibly welcoming to me. Friendly. Knowledgeable Helpful. Tucker away from the hustle of. City life. Do take a look if you haven't already.

I do not recommend this facility to anyone! Your family member will be treated as a number only to gain the rent money because they do not care about their residents. My mom was in ICU fighting for her life and I went back to her place to get her things and discovered that her refrigerator went out. I requested reimbursement of $100 once a new fridge was put in Four days later so that we could fill her fridge with just the necessities and I was told it was not their responsibility because we didn’t notify them immediately and allow them to fix the situation when it happened. Once I notified them, it took them four days to install a working refrigerator but yet it was our fault. When they moved in the new fridge, they dirt up the floors, and I was told that that was not their responsibility

My mother is a newer tenant here. First it seemed perfect until she moved in!!! They have a roach problem that leads us to spend tons of money on keeping here sprayed up so she doesn't get any. Now all of a sudden they have no garbage bins. They said it was a mix up. That's lasting over a week now. She was told to keep her garbage inside???!!!! Really????? But most of them just throw it out on the ground! But because it's elderly I guess they think no one will care!
