Very bad place to live not worth it once you move out they will charge you for repairs and cleaning fee and will not get your deposit back and they will take you to a credit bureau you will not receive a dime from us this is a very bad apartments pipes will break and everything will break please don’t rent here it’s not worth used to live here but it’s problems after problems do we moved out we are glad we did this place sucks really bad again please don’t rent here they don’t do anything right at all thank you

very bad place air condtioner dosent work and it takes a while for them to come amd reapir it or the unit thank god we dont live here anymore plus getting sent to the credtiors they will not see any payments at all because not paying for damages we didnt do or not our fault not getting any money from me or my family. vey bad place and small. and yet they want to make people pay more in rent even tho these apartments are not worth it. dont ever rent these aparments trust me there not worth it.

I lived here back in 2017 and finished my lease. I gave 30 day notice prior to leaving and then moved into my new apartments. A year later I get a call from a collections agency stating I owe over $3,000 to Saul Kleinfeld Apartments and when I looked into it, I found out they had charged me for 6 months after I moved out. I have been trying to get a hold of someone again from there but they never answer or callback! I do not recommend these apartments cause nobody cares in the front office at all!!!!

these apartments are not good at all the landlord and the manger that owns these apartments are unprofessional and not good people yelled at my kids for a minor fight and caused at them and threating to call the cops I am very unhappy and dissatisfied. I am no longer happy hear and please don't rent this apartment due to not being professional and not being a good owner and landlord.

I live here and it sucks constantly dealing with washers and dryers that are broken! I should know by now to never use the washers here!
