Never showed up to have me tour the place, never gave notice that he found a guy or canceled it. I stayed up 5 hours past getting home from 3rd shift just to be blueballed on my weekend. Thank you.

I was a tenant in good standing with Saul for 10 years and was treated fairly UNTIL it was time to have my security deposit returned. It has been over 90 days and I am still waiting. My unit was scheduled for demo so even though I left it in pristine condition it was not necessary to do so. I owe Saul nothing and am reminded of that each time they send me a letter telling me what is due to me. I have sent over a dozen emails and pretty much have been ignored except for a phone call from the accountant telling me the check had been mailed. If it were being delivered by pony express it would have arrived by now. Please be strongly cautioned before renting from this company as they are extremely unprofessional. The worst landlord ever, at this time of Covid when everyone needs help, they just think about money, i have been a good tenant for 25 years and this years when I had to close for 3 months and the sales were very low, I just asked them to give me a rent discount the answer I got was: pay or leave, they are not human period! all the landlord helped their tenants except them, very shameful and disappointing.

These people are crooks. They do not care about their tenants at ALL. They make empty promises to try and save face. Multiple businesses fail under their wing due to ridiculous price gouging and they act like this isn't an issue. You are just another number to them. Avoid at ALL costs.

AMAZING people, starting with Walter, Mark and Joe. i'm a New Tenant in Waldorf and Im absolutely proud to be. the center is kept up very nicely and they are nothing but attentive, if they do anything it will be for a good reason. if you have a business this is a place to bring yours! see ya soon
