My husband and I have lived here for over a year now, and we couldn't be happier! The community is friendly and quiet, there is a park right next to the complex, and it is on a bus line! The leasing office and maintenance staff have been extremely communicative, friendly, and easy to work with. They also host cute little events during seasons that residents can partake in. We also see plenty of wild bunnies and chipmunks right outside our apartment, especially in summer. We find that the prices are reasonable, especially with the heated garage included. Our only "complaint" is that the bedroom windows get extremely wet in winter, sometimes causing mold to grow on our windowsills inside. Investing in a good mold cleaner/stain remover works wonders, though, so no big deal! We also can't hear

I have had bad apartment experiences in the past and have been weary of any complex I move in to. Sauk creek has completely changed my outlook on apartment living. I can’t thank them enough for the quality of life this complex provides. Echoing some of the other reviews- the noise levels are EXTREMELY low and I can’t hear a single thing my neighbors do, the price considering underground parking and the amount of space I have is phenomenal. I had a dryer leak at 2 am that I felt uneasy about since I was leaving for a week and someone was out and at my apartment by 2:30. I wish I could gatekeep lol but you guys deserve all the praise!

I've lived here for 6 months now, and I couldn't be happier with the customer service and apartment I live in. The rent price is very reasonable considering the in-unit washer and dryer, included underground heated parking, and a storage unit, as well as nice stainless steel appliances that all work well. The location is a perfect distance from work and almost every store I could ever want to visit, and I feel like the neighborhood as well as all of my neighbors are very safe, kind, and friendly. Additionally, the maintenance staff and property manager, Axel Cienfuegos, have been nothing short of incredible. Been living here 3 years, and have had only awesome experiences with the maintenance team here. Especially Cody, Kyle and Tim. Things are always taken care of promptly and professionally. Also, a shout out to Monique in the front office as well. Just overall a well run team here at Sauk Creek.

My boyfriend has lived here for 6 months and each time I've come to visit, both the management and residents have been very friendly and helpful. The first time I visited, I used the wrong key to try and get into the building, leading me to be stuck outside. A passing couple notified management for me on their way out and upon returning offered to wait with me or for me if I had anywhere to be. When maintenance arrived, they quickly removed the key and sent me on my way! What I appreciate even more is building management and the manager Axel Cienfuegos! When visiting my boyfriend the second time, the timing just happened to work out that I would be arriving 6 hours before my boyfriend with nowhere to wait during the winter evening.
