Saturn Square Apartments

Hello I've been living at this apartment complex for the past 13 years with my family, and honestly been pretty happy overall consuming neighbors and office staff. The manager has been here a long long time that proves he's doing a good job with his team, this apartments are really nice are being remodel and I've looked around the area price wise and believe me they are really competitive prices. Other apartments are super old and the prices are high to the roof here they try to help u every time u renew ur contract, they give good offers so u can stay and for us its been a blessing as u all know the economy is not really good now days. So people in the office are nice the lady in the front desk always helps with our needs and things need that need to be fix or replace at our apartmen

Do Not Move Here!!! Maria was not helpful and also rude. I pray the owners get a new lease agent. When I talk to her today she cut me off didn’t even let me talk after I told her I had two jobs. She still denied my application. She stated it was the managers doing. I didn’t feel welcome or accepted at the apartment complex. I guess I wasn’t the right race. I’ll make sure I let everyone know about the lady at Saturn Square Apts.

Lived here for years, thankfully my family and I will be moving out soon. I have a 5 lb. Chihuahua that I take out for walks in the evenings. It seems like my 5 lb. Is the only dog whose feces are everywhere in the complex. I understand us as owners have to pick up after our dogs. However, I know for a fact all that feces in the dog park and complex is not from my chihuahua. Instead of worrying about dogs feces not being picked up, how about they worry about making sure things get fixed and replaced on a timely manner and having a much more friendlier staff. They want to charge you and remind you what’s on the leasing contract yet we have to just deal with the fact that there’s roaches (other neighbors have expressed this to us too) dumpster was moved without keeping in mind that the elder

My fiance recently moved in at the end of last year and I just have to say how amazing the front office has been, most especially the assistant manager Maria. She has been a godsend and has helped my girlfriend since day one. Maria has the biggest heart and legit cares about the people that live there. I only write a review if it involves a truly special event or person so on behalf of myself and my fiance and the residents at Saturn Square who truly know you, we thank you and we are all blessed by knowing you.

Make sure when your lease is up and give the key back, you do a walk through. As soon as you move out they'll charge you back fees to remodel the apt. Yea they can definitely eat that.
