The good: The units themselves are sublime, excellent kitchen, spacious balconies and great lighting. If you're not set on having on site amenities it's very competitive with the over-priced corporate high rises all over downtown. The bad: The management company Avenue5 is borderline criminally negligent, the onsite management has a lot of heart and works very hard but it's obvious that they're overwhelmed, understaffed, and under-equipped. The ugly: Any promise to get anything done in 24hrs is laughable, for comparison, I've been moved in for a month now and still don't have an assigned mailbox. One of my doors is super busted and during the tour they said it was going to be fixed before my move in--- annnnnd still waiting. Also there are tons of hidden fees, $10 service fee on top of t

Unfortunately, the bad here outweighs any potential good. The wall unit AC only works in one room. In the 90° heat the living room reaches upwards of 90° its self, as does one of the bedrooms. When maintenance comes out they say they’re blowing cold air so it’s all good and they leave. We’ve had a significant amount of package theft happen here. They installed cameras to help deter, which worked for a bit but now I risk packages being stolen before I can even walk down to the lobby to get it. Open boxes from stolen packages line the stairwell and a few of those boxes even have feces in them. Cracks in the ceiling and walls that look foundational? Enjoy living here for the price and the spacious apartment with a unique layout and furnishings. Location is great aside from the homeless population, which is a problem across Denver. I’ve felt safe in the apartment lobby and common spaces and haven’t experienced any security issues. Maintenance requests can take a while and sometimes things don’t get properly fixed. Cabinets, appliances, and HVAC are not the best quality and have needed a bit of TLC from the maintenance team. Staff is friendly and responsive every time I’ve talked to them.

People complain about this place, but my partner and I have lived here for almost 3 years, since before there were garage doors installed and back when people were breaking in and casing the place all the time. The building management has always been useless, but It's gotten a lot better since the new property manager Scott S. has come in. He has initiated some awesome changes, and he actually communicates with residents. We appreciate the care he is putting into this property and making it a better community for us!

We've lived at Satori for two years now and overall have had a good experience. The units are really nice and very spacious. Location's good because we're walking distance to a lot of things (but also pretty sketchy sometimes). Before Scott the PM started, there were a lot of issues with lack of communication and ownership with previous management. My car got broken into twice and hot wired in the parking garage, there was always garbage overflowing the dumpsters, and semi frequent package thieves. But honestly shoutout Scott cause a lot has improved since he started managing here. We appreciate the communication and care he's put into Satori!
