Sardis Trace Apartments

Very NASTY spirited woman working as a manager for this complex. Her attitude was disgusting. Refused to listen to reasoning and continued being disrespectful. Would never want my residents to deal with someone like this.

Great Senior Apartments. The upkeep of the property is great, the atmosphere is nice, the resident manager is very friendly and professional. The resident are very friendly and welcoming. Great Senior Apartments! All the amenities are in walking distance…grocery stores, restaurants, movie theater, gas station, storage building, banks, car wash, Walmart, dry cleaners, FedEx office, dry cleaners & more. But it’s not congested.

I’ve lived here since the complex opened in late 2015. The building is well maintained and if you should have a maintenance issue it’s always handled promptly. Any issues that we have we can discuss with the property manager. She might not always agree but she’s willing to listen. August 2022 We’d like address some issues with the property owners. However they seem to be unable always. In fact since the building opened they’ve visited a grand total of one time with the residents who pay rent making it possible for them to increase their wealth. We are in the process of changing that scenario!

Coming back I left in 20 however my heart never left What I meant is to return two years later I’m returning to my home. I thank God for the management Ms. Scarbough has always gone beyond the scope of what her job is she loves her residents and it shows The property is impeccably kept its noise-free and a warm place to call home

Nice and clean place. Site manager ms. Carletta Scarborough and John (I think) are awesome to communicate with. This is place where my parents live and they are very happy. Hands down, absolutely amazing place.
