Saratoga Place Apartments

My experience with this company has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I contacted them multiple times about serious issues in the apartment, and they completely ignored my emails. When I faced a major problem with the insurance, they offered absolutely no support, even though they were aware of the situation. Because of repairs they were doing in the unit, I was forced to leave and pay for an Airbnb out of my own pocket. I also lost a lot of my personal belongings due to the damage that happened, and I was never compensated for anything. This is by far the worst rental experience I’ve ever had. I strongly do NOT recommend renting from this company. They do not take responsibility, they do not communicate, and they do not care about their tenants.”

Like a lot of apartment complexes nowadays, it’s really tough to run one…and to live in APTS these day, to be honest…but I think Shawn and Tori and Ian do a pretty darn good job. They’ve helped us out pretty much. I lived there for a year and a half now. John

The townhouses are nice and the apartments we toured were all newly remodeled. Granted we are looking at older apartment/townhomes, not everything is perfect because they have been lived in. All other reviews talk about the noisy neighbors but you honestly can’t hear anything through the brick walls… Location is nice, we are tucked away but close to shops, work and schools. Overall the townhouse is great and the management team was very welcoming. Any issues we did have was taken care of right away. I’m sure we will continue to be happy here.

Lived here for two years and I do not recommend these apartments. You’re paying an outstanding amount of money on this place when the only amenities they have is a laundromat. Not to mention the mold issues and how poorly made the apartments are. The railings will fall off just by breathing next to it. & best believe they’ll take it out of your deposit if you don’t bug them a thousand times to fix it. The two month notice feels like a scam to me when clearly there is an end date to the lease. I understand 30 days but two months ? They’re just trying to take your money at this point. I’m currently still paying for this apartment when I don’t even live there anymore for the damages that THEY created whenever you ask them to come in to fix something. They’ll half ass it and never show back up

This place has been stressful and has been a pain since our move in date. Our apartment wasn't even ready when it was said to be. They are remodeling all the apartments and it's very noisy, the parking lots are a mess and small, maintenance and contractors take up all the space almost in the lot, dumpsters in front of the lot when you walk out. For what they want is not worth wasting your money on also the walls are supper thin kids/teens/adults I'm not sure, but during the snow season wrote on multiple people's vehicles in each of the apartments lots. Of course like all apartments now a days management always changes. If you move here good luck. Not even been here 8 months and our bathroom ceiling was leaking and this is supposed to be a brand new apartment. Just recently 4/20/23 contract
