Saratoga Downs Apartments and Townhomes

I recently moved into this building and the situation I’m experiencing is unacceptable from a health and safety perspective. There are bugs present in multiple areas of the apartment, including the bedroom and sleeping areas, not just one isolated spot. This is extremely concerning. Because of this issue, I have been experiencing constant itching, discomfort, and difficulty sleeping. I do not feel safe or comfortable in my own home. This is a serious hygiene and health issue. Management was informed, but the problem was not handled with the urgency or seriousness it requires. When pests are present in sleeping areas, the situation should be addressed immediately and professionally. In addition, we paid a $600 security deposit, and given the condition of the unit and the health concerns

Maintenance team Sam and Zach are awesome! We had a couple issue in are home and they were here fast! They got everything fixed right away and gave us tips on how to help prevent things from happening! 5 stars to them! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

There are also bed bugs and cockroaches, and nobody does anything about that either. And if you report it, instead of helping, they charge you an outrageous amount of money on top of what you already pay. I personally had to pay $950 just for fumigation, added on top of my $2,800 rent. That month, I ended up paying almost $4,000—and the problem wasn’t even properly solved. There are still cockroaches. They’ve also been switching maintenance managers for about a year, and everything went downhill after they fired the only maintenance manager who was actually efficient: Alex. He was the only one who truly solved maintenance issues and kept the property super clean. He was fired unfairly because of a manager named Daniel—at least that’s what I heard from the rumors. Parking continues to be an ongoing issue that is never addressed. Luxury apartments shouldn’t have trash trucks coming three plus times a week to pick up refuse and recycling. Landscapers should be here on a specific day not days and doing the same job the next day. Neighbors are loud and nothing being done about that. Trash and refuse always everywhere on the grounds. Trash areas are dirtier than a fast foods dumpster area. Overall lack or awareness is what is happening at this property. Constant turnover of management that offers no help and acts like they don’t know how to do there job.

We came in during management change with a bit of a rough start. However, Monet, Sam, and Zack have been doing a tremendous job on taking care of our needs. We look forward to living here and making Saratoga Downs our home.
