Saratoga Apartments

I have been living at Saratoga apartments for 4 years now and they have came a long way. With the new management the complex has improved. The manager and maintenance make sure to quickly take care of repairs or if they can't get to it in time they let us know what the hold up is. My stay here has been very enjoyable due to the great management they have. Manager always returns my phone calls and even helped me set up my online payment account. Best place to live within this area!!

Have a cousin who stays here. Nice and quiet at night. Kids laughter in the day, cute pets all around and plenty of nice neighbors. The property stays clean and the maintenance man comes when you call. The office did wonders helping her with the move in process and shes happy with living there. The pool is clean and it's close to the mall, food and pretty much everything else. Love visiting over there. Visitor parallel parkinf in street but never hard to find. Would recommend.

I have truly enjoyed my stay at these apartments but sadly had to move out of state for a new job. If I could I would continue living there. Management helped me throughout my move out process. Even sent contacted me after I moved out to confirm I had received my security deposit refund. I never had any issues or complaints there.

I lived here 5+ They changed management a couple times. They lost so many of my files and made me have to fix it all. I left after they refused to fix a hole on my ceiling that was releasing water on my wood floor . strict about rent but would do the bare minimum in fixing anything in the home including wanting to charge you for any fixing. The building is old and was starting to fall apart but they wanted me to pay for that as well. If you start complaining they will try to make your living situation worse . After complaining about the door getting so old it cut my leg , someone then magically complained rite after about my dog and they threatened to kick me out bc of it . Yea rite my “dog” noooo just say bc I complained !

I really liked what management has done around here. This place is probably the nicest place to live closest to the mall. At first I didn't like the new washing card but when I asked the manager for help he showed me how to do it and the machines are nice. He always asks me how things are going and that if I need anything to let him know and he makes sure a maintenance guy takes care of it. Happy to be here
