Sarah helped us find and purchase our new home. This was not our first rodeo; we have owned two homes and two condos before this, but this move was especially important: as an older couple, we were looking for our "forever home", close to our family and grandchild. She showed us modern highrises and vintage buildings, and in the process she patiently helped us clarify what we were looking for. She always made herself available to see places when they came on the market. She was a detective, finding out the history of a unit, and identifying weaknesses that weren't always obvious. When we decided to make an offer on a unit in a co-op building (unusual in Chicago), she helped us find an attorney and financing group that specialized in co-ops. She was super flexible and patient in finding the best place that was not only within our budget, but also hit a lot of our must needs for amenities. Seeing neither my roommate or I were local to the Chicago area she was willing to take tours for us when we couldn't be there in person, which ultimately lead us to be more successful in finding a place. I would highly recommend Sarah to anyone who is looking to use a realtor to find an apartment in Chicago!

Sarah was a blast to work with! We picked her because she is my cousin, even though we were looking outside her home-base.
