We want to thank Sara Eggler with FISH Realty out of Lock Haven for doing an outstanding job marketing and selling our home in Clinton County. It was on the market for less than a month and we had an offer on it. We closed on the property within 3 months of listing it. We loved our home and it was hard to leave as we lived there for 25+ years but due to health issues, needed to move closer to family. Sara was very understanding and accommodating during this difficult transition for us.

Five stars because six wasn’t an option. We bought our first ever house after just moving to the area, living in a hotel and on a very tight timeline (at the height of market craziness too). We ended up very happy in a great home because Sara was extremely knowledgeable on the market, timely and clear in communicating with us, efficient in scheduling showings and organized in coordinating the mortgage, settlement, title, appraisal and seller parties. I will absolutely be using Sara again and have recommended her to a number a friends moving to the area!
