I am beyond impressed by Robert and his company. I hired Robert to do an inspection for a property in Naples, and he was extremely thorough, diligent, and also very fair. He went over all of the findings with me as he was going through and also at the end, and he showed me things that he thought I needed to see you at the time that he discovered them. He gave me his opinion on what items for major, and what may be cosmetic. He informed me of all the different test that I can do, but I did not feel that he was trying to upsell me. He is one of the only inspectors that I have seen take down all the air vents, and that is just how detailed he is. I cannot recommend Robert enough. Five stars for sure.
