Carmen, Based on my interactions (and the lack of response from) with your team YET AGAIN, regarding toxic fumes I was advised to remove my child from by the vendor, I must conclude your reflection and any changes implemented as a result of yesterday's comment haven't been successful in bringing your customer service and communication to a professional level. If someone from Bridge Corporate could get in touch with us, that would be great. I do hope that conversation with Lucas was actually recorded this afternoon. Thanks so much! Paying for 2 bedrooms & 3 peoples amenity fees. 2 valid reviews until we get this issue addressed is fair, yeah.

We have been happy here. The maintenance staff is incredible and really do a fine job. We have helped us with our physical accommodations and requests. We have really appreciated Dave ( who we hear is moving on) and Leslie. They are professionally good listeners. We appreciate the community events and wish there was a clubhouse and better chance to meet people. As we are retired, we would enjoy activities with our age group.

I’ve really enjoyed living at Santa Fe Ranch! The location is great, and it’s been nice to see all the recent exterior improvements. I can really tell they’ve been putting effort into making the community look even better. The new renovations make a big difference and give the place a fresh feel. Plus, I’ve never had any issues with the office or maintenance teams… everyone’s always been helpful and easy to work with! Its been a really positive experience living here.

Everything went well there when we first started living there UNTIL we had a roof leak. Management would not help us out. They deemed our apartment livable even though we had mold on our ceiling. The company that worked on our roof came into our apartment suited up. Why is it that they needed special suits but management deemed our apartment livable?! They wouldn't tell our renter’s insurance otherwise so we could get reimbursed for a hotel room. Instead we had to live through that situation. We did not feel taken care of. We felt like just a financial number to the company. I also lost many pairs of shoes due to the mold and our renter’s insurance denied my claim and the apartment complex would not take any money off of our rent to help us out. Terrible experience moving out. Blanket charged me for cleaning and painting the entire unit to dissolve my security deposit. I lived here for 13 months, one single person. No damage. I tread lightly and didn’t even stay in the unit the last two months. I had the unit professionally cleaned. I had four pictures and a tv mounted which I took the time to even spackle the nail holes. California law states you cannot be charged for normal wear or normal use. This company pushes the turnover expenses on to the previous tenants which is illegal and immoral. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
