I want to specifically highlight Nesmarie, who works in the leasing office. She is professional, patient, and genuinely cares about residents. She made the leasing process easy and was always responsive to questions. Experiences like this make a big difference when choosing an apartment.

Just absurd my son tried to apply. And he gives me a call he's Young in his twenties just starting on his own and he gives me a call after giving them what they asked for in a money order just to call me and tell me that they said his ID wasn't his that he stole his ID and that he had an active warrant or his criminal background or something like that was not good assault charger something and I'm like my son is just starting he's just leaving my house never once got a parking ticket I don't know if they miss wrote his information and somebody else's stuff popped up I don't know but then I tried to talk to the person and she trying to give me attitude so I'm going to give you one back when all I wanted to know was where did it say he had criminal charges from so I can call these people bec

The most garbage apartment complex with the worst staff, especially management. The manager is completely useless, unprofessional and does not help the residents AT ALL! She's the most trash manager I've ever met. I was told I'd be paying an additional $60.00 per month for a second parking space only to be towed anyway. They refuse to cover the bill or admit any fault, even the slightest negligence. I signed for a 6 month lease online only to be told they only offer a year. Why is it even an option to edit the leasing contracts if it not an option? What sense does that make? That's stupid, just like management 0/10

I have to say, after moving from another state these girls have helped me with everything. Great customer service and great smiles! This really feels like home! This is where I'll be staying until is time for me to buy a house. Parking can be an issue if you have many vehicles but not my case. These girls and the maintenance guys really make the best out of this place. You wont regret moving here just like I didn't. Great job guys, awesome work to the manager !
