Management failed to invoice our household for damages. Management failed to ask for a forwarding address. Management refused to allow appliance warehouse to pick up their machine when our household was kicked out on 9/1/2024. Former management and staff (Lorena and Maria) told appliance warehouse to come back when they can open the storage room. What storage room? terrible. i have lived here for 3 years now and this place is absolutely AWFUL. first of all, i would just like to say that every apartment here is roach infested. when i first moved here, there were roaches everywhere. when i mean everywhere, i literally mean in every little crevice you could think of. over the past 3 years, i’ve seen quite a bit of them. i am a clean freak & clean my apartment everyday. my husband helps me & does it himself as well, we mop frequently, never miss a spot, never leave food out, stay organized .. like all you could think of. Thank you Lorena for always being accesible and seeking solutions rather than placing blame. I have family members and friends in different properties outside of the TFJGroup. The fact is, none is perfect. What I can say is that I am seeing notable improvements at Santa Clara 2. I believe Lorena has taken on an already difficult post and is improving the community. Thank you and your team again.

I've visited this place and just went I get to my friends door I hear a load roar with extreme provocative slurs. I couldn't believe it . Later I found out she was the manager lorena making a commotion as a such "professional ". I never visited my friend again. Made the building look bad.

Terrible place. They put notary on your door for every little thing. Neighbors complain for everything. Nosy neighbors. The office does not resolve issues conserning yours if maybe. Vehicles are getting stolen and broken into. Motorcycles and scooters have been stolen overtime in just a couple of days ago from this date posting this comment just now a motorcycle and scooter has gotten stolen and I took matters into my own hands and brought up my scooter for protection and was notified that I could not put my scooter inside my apartment. I called and i spoke my conserns and the lady at the office did not care what i had to say. PLEASE BE CAREFUL MOVING HERE
