Love living here, I recently transferred to a bigger apartment within the community, and the entire experience has been wonderful from start to finish. The process was smooth and stress-free, and the staff made everything so easy for me. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions I had. They truly made me feel valued as a resident. I’m very happy with my new apartment and grateful for such a positive experience. Being here has been the best apartment-living experience I’ve ever had. I moved from North Carolina sight unseen, and even though the complex doesn’t offer virtual tours, the assistant property manager went out of their way to send detailed photos of the exact unit I was considering. That level of care sold me immediately. The community is beautiful — truly resort-style — and the location is unbeatable. Aldi is a stick’s throw away, and CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, Target, the DMV, the Sheriff’s office, and the Sanibel Causeway (<9 minutes off Summerlin) are all right there. You can be at Fort Myers Beach (and the closest post office) in minutes. Noise-wise: I live on the 4th floor near the pool, so I do hear the pool gate slam and bursts of laughter when it’s busy, and the hallways can be a

Lovely apartment unit, the color and interior are modern and clean. Club house is very functional. It closes to shopping and restaurants. Staff is excellent, esp. Roseline who is very customer oriented, patient and supportive. She made our remote sign-up process so much easier. Really appreciate her effort and super excellent service.

I love living here! The grounds are beautiful. Hannah and Mario are always so helpful. The pool area is really nice. If I ever have any maintenance issues they are always on top of it. It’s only 3 miles to the beach. This is definitely my favorite place I’ve lived- highly recommend!

We went in and were immediately impressed by their leasing agent Kiara. She was informative, professional, patient, attentive, and very knowledgeable on the property and the application process. She helped us with all of our questions and concerns about the property. This community is very upscale and her assistance solidified our decision. Very grateful for her exceptional service and commitment to help us.
