Sango Place Apartments

Moved in a month ago. Beautiful apartment, fully renovated and all new appliances! Office and grounds staff are friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. Only had a slight problem with dishwasher. They corrected that immediately. The grounds are kept well and the location is fantastic. The pool is open and has been redone. I have nothing but good things to say. I believe I made the right choice price, location and management wise.

I been living here for 2yrs going on 3 and I love living here!! They are truly amazing!. From the beautiful ladies working in the office and the maintenance men. I don’t have problems often but when I do, they come out immediately or as soon possible and get it fixed. All in all the neighborhood is a great neighborhood to be in and is great for raising young children, everyone respect each other.

We felt welcome and safe starting with the day we moved in over one year ago. The entire apartment complex is well lit and security cameras are positioned strategically throughout. The age demographics range from preschoolers to senior citizens and everyone is very friendly. The property is well maintained outside and requests for maintenance issues in our apartment are handled efficiently and professionally by on-site maintenance. All the staff are very friendly and treat us like we have been friends for years.

I have been here for about 6 months so far and everything has been great! The staff (office & maintenance) are friendly, attentive, and very efficient. Moved here from across the country for a job and I found that the location of the apartments made the transition a lot smoother. It is right next to a major street in Clarksville, but is still very quiet and comfortable. The best of both worlds! Would highly recommend it.

I have lived here for two years. I really like it. I like the people in the office and the maintenance team. Teresa is a very nice person and takes care of any issues promptly. Tom the maintenance man is very friendly and fast he always asks about my grandchildren and takes care of my maintenance needs at my convenience. The rent is great for the money as long as it doesn't go up every year I am grateful. It has went up once already. Very quiet and convenient place to live.
