The move in process was very simple and wonderful. Audra and Logan made the entire process easy and fast and answered all of my questions . Maintenance so far has been great and responded quickly to my work order requests within 48 hours which honestly is pretty impressive. And I love that they have a little candy dish that I can grab a piece of candy from mainly when I turn in my rent. And I’ve been living here for 2 years now.

Logan made the moving experience easier on us. He's very knowledgeable, caring, and professional. We had a lot of questions, and he was patient and answered all of them. Logan really cares, and that makes a huge difference when you have staffing that cares. Thank you, Logan!

If I could leave something lower I would. I lived here for less than a two months and was released from my lease because they had a terrible roach infestation that they could not get a handle on. I even found a snake in my apartment once which was what urged me to get out as I have a 6 month old baby. They took my whole security deposit and are claiming a $200 cleaning fee for an apartment that wasn’t even cleaned before I moved in and I only lived in for about 2 months. If you can help it please go elsewhere this place is a scam and Logan and the office manager do not care about their tenants. I didn’t even have a mail box when I lived there because the person before me didn’t turn in the keys and they expected me to pay to rekey the mailbox instead of using the money I’m sure they charge

I like living at Sandstone Apartments ..Logan and Audra are professional and very nice to converse with. and the current and previous resident(s) needs to take "accountability" in their own actions.

The cat and us luved that place. Our chipped cat ran when we moved even though had an appointment set for pet shelter until I paid the next pet deposit. We luv'd the cat. The location off Highway 400 and locked entry all great. Trash and wind don't do well at this place. Shrubs and new fencing was neat add, but then mowers mowed over a couple shrubs. A lot of space. No deposit back I moved before post surgery clearance and left a few pieces. I would have came back but it was after the dateline.
