I swear these reviews have to be fake! I did not want to give 1 star but, it made me. With the experience I've had with them over the past week was nothing but unprofessional! Christine was a no show and didnt have enough professionalism to pick up the phone and let us know she wasnt able to make the appointment. While we sat and waited. Unanswered phone calls only to reach Sandy and when I expressed my feelings about this she decided to hang up on me. If this is how you treat potential customers, I just saved myself a lot of headaches!

If a lower number review was possible I would leave one lower than 1 star. Sandy Wood with John E Wood Realty has made my buying experience unpleasant (nightmare if you will). She was the selling agent and failed to do her job as an agent. She was unprofessional and I had many people during the process tell me that they will NEVER work with her again. I just had to convince someone that the sale was completed so they would come complete the work needed, just to avoid dealing with Sandy's unprofessional behavior. She asked for a second opinion after I was very adamant that the ductwork needed to be replaced. They never had a professional look at it. When I finally did, they demanded another contractor go look at it. They both agreed that it needed to be replaced. She has yelled at
