Sandra is fantastic! My wife and I just completed the sale of our house, so this was our second time working with Sandra, as she helped us purchase our previous house too. Sandra is incredible in going above and beyond to sell your house. She is very thorough on highlighting aspects of your home for a quick sale. To that end, she went the extra mile, and put up little placards that gave potential buyers easy to understand features of our home during showings. She also requests feedback from potential buyers that helped us understand anything that we may need to fix or take a second look at during the showing process. Sandra sold a house for us almost three years ago. She was so much fun to work with. She was also so attentive to all the details about selling our home. She communicated with us as appropriate and responded to any questions/concerns we had in a very timely manner. It came time for us to move again but this time to purchase a home and we wouldn’t have asked any other realtor to work with us than Sandra. Once again, she was attentive to our needs and concerns and responded to any questions we had in the same timely fashion we experienced when selling our previous home.
