Apts. are one block from the beach ! Pool, jacuzzi, large laundry room, gated entrance, sauna & workout room. Very nice place & friendly neighbors !

I live there for seven years. It’s falling apart, bubbling paint on every wall outside of the complex rundown and the new management is lackadaisical the owner super cool but he doesn’t maintain the place very well at all and he’s charging a boatload of money. Be careful there is mold issues everywhere inside of these rooms this is the truth go look for yourself !!! You must go inside and look before you rent. If you will be bummed and how much money you’re paying out. kind of a dump I think landlord is completely lackadaisical and doesn’t keep on top of anything- believe me it’s rundown and disgusting. Go look for yourself.

I lived here for not quite a couple years but had to leave to take care of family in the Northwest. I miss this place dearly for its location and its Manager who is without a doubt the most awesome manager that you will ever have. She is attentive to your needs and knows everyone on the premises. The maintenance person works really hard to answer requests and keeps on top of things. Besides the incredible location, it is a gated complex, there are some garages, and the climate rarely requires air conditioning which these older units do not have. If it is any indication, people hardly move from here. Has a basic gym, pool and spa. A really good value.

Great location. Of course. The maintenance crew is very respectful, kind, and considerate. It's a great place to live, especially because of how well they upkeep.

Location, location. Location...the best attribute of this place. It's right across the street from buccaneer park and the beach. It's an older complex and not fancy but it has a hot tub and pool and it's not a huge complex so it feels somewhat "neighborly". I also found the size of the apartments pretty big, especially the bedroom in the 1 bedroom. My apartment probably hadn't been updated since the 80s but I'm not sure if they're all that way, but it was clean and not run down. It also allows dogs so if you have a furry friend they're welcome. The major downfall for me was it's right against the train tracks and a crossing so the trains go by blasting their horn from time to time.
