If you have a dog don’t move here. They expect 0 noise at all times. “Quite enjoyment 24/7” my dog playing with a ball with my children is against that rule because he barks and has fun while doing it at 6 o’clock. The higher up management will breathe down your back. Put me upstairs with 4 kids and a dog. Glad I only signed a 6 month lease. If you’re single living you’ll do just fine here.

I have lived here for many years and am extremely pleased with how our present manager, Diana, has been running the apartments. I have seen many different managers and Diana is the best manager I've seen here at the Sandpiper Apartments. The complex is cleaned daily and the tenants who are living here are much friendlier than in the past. At night its quiet and makes for easy sleeping.

This has been a really nice Complex to live in. Sandpiper is mine and my boyfriend's first apartment together. We have lived here for coming on to 4 years and just moved into a bigger unit. Since Diana has become the property manager, things have quieted down in the complex and really improved. Kids used to run around unsupervised in the parking lot, trash would be all over, but that has all changed. The apartments themselves are very nice and have been mostly updated- the ones we've lived in anyways. The pool is nice too and always kept in good condition. I like that the laundry room is card run versus coin op. All in All we do like this complex and plan on staying for a while.

I been here for over a year in a half and finally have a place that I can call home very quiet during night hours I work pretty early and o don't have to worry about a loud environment. My son and I love it here.the apartment management is great here Maintenance is very responsive to work orders as well. Very clean no trash around Highly recommended to live here.

I lived here for over 2 years now and this apartment has made an overwhelming change since our new manager Diana took over. Not one mailbox has been broken into since she came. The landscape looks more professional and clean. Any maintenance needed done is done no later than the next day of request and the safety of the whole complex has improved drastically. She's nice, friendly and always seems to be available when she is needed. There is no better apartment to reside in and no better manager than Diana at Sandpiper Apartments. I am constantly recommending others to reside here anytime I find out they are looking for an apartment. That says something about the quality of living offered there.
