Sandlin homes has placed a 50ft (approximately) tethered flag ballon within 200ft of New Fairview airport north approach. This is a accident waiting to happen.

After years of patience, documentation, and professionalism, I’ve been left with no other option but to post this publicly in hopes of saving someone else thousands of dollars. I love my home — truly. It’s beautiful, and I’ve taken great pride in maintaining it. I understand that when you build a new home, things happen. No construction is perfect, and during COVID I gave Sandlin Homes grace when delays occurred. We moved in March 2020, and because of COVID, repairs and warranty work didn’t begin until March 2021. That was understandable at the time. What’s not acceptable is that from day one, both erosion control and driveway concrete patchwork were listed on my repair requests and repeatedly confirmed as warranty-covered items if they failed. They did fail — and Sandlin never followed

My family and I enjoyed working with Sandlin Homes on a project to build a multi-generational home, accommodating my family and my mother-in-law. We loved our first Sandlin home so much, when we were ready to build larger we went directly to them for our next home as well. Their attention to detail is amazing and we get compliments from everyone on the beauty and quality of our home! I've read other reviews and I'll be honest that we had a short punch list after closing, and every single issue was addressed efficiently and quickly. Before the one year warranty ended we had a home inspection completed for peace of mind and the inspector complimented the craftsmanship of our home.
