Sanderson has been my mentor and business partner since I was a sophomore in college. He helped me purchase my first investment property and all the following ones, guided me through the whole administrative process behind the redevelopment of the property and educated me on the renovation/development side of the deals we have worked on together. When it comes to Real Estate, I would not make a move in the game without consulting him first. He helped me in the acquisition, closing, financing, construction, on-site management and listing of the property. The sky is NOT the limit when it comes to Sanderson and his team.

Sanderson and his partner were a joy to work with in the process of both buying and selling our home. They were easy to talk to and consistently communicative. All told it was 2 months between putting an offer on our new home and closing on our old home, and I truly don't believe it would have been possible or gone as smoothly without Sanderson.

Sanderson is a hardworking agent who won’t stop until your property is sold. With recently selling our home, Sanderson worked around the clock to make sure the house was ready for a new buyer. He was even at the house working on Thanksgiving. All around a very hard worker. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else but Sanderson.
