Do not move into this apt. Horrible management! If you think the rent is cheaper than other places and you might think you can saving money, not at all because the utilities are so expensive and the apt and so dirty and roach infested. The old grandma onsite manager is too old to cover a 40 plus unit apt and she pretends to forgot things all the time and not do anything for you. Very unprofessional and there is not direct contact with the people at the office. You can only contact through the onsite manager and she knows this so she doesn't give af if there are issues at the apt. They also deduct an absurd amount from your deposit. It was a nightmare beginning to the end just horrible. Do not move into this apt or any building owned by SM management.

I moved into a bachelor unit to save money as a student, but I didn't expect the utilities to be so expensive. Despite living in a small space, my utility bill exceeded $160, which is outrageous. On top of that, the apartment has a serious roach problem and they are everywhere. This apartment is so dirty and is cleaned once almost two weeks. As I keep my windows open, I can hear my noisy neighbors and the air conditioning running even at night. The Korean manager is so kind, but she doesn't speak English well and avoids answering my questions instead of solving my problem. No surprise they require a 60-day notice— this apartment is taking so long to rent. I strongly advise against moving in--you'll definitely regret it.
