Sandalwood Property Management

This place is so nasty! We had to clean enough just to be able to feel comfortable enough to stay. We were also charged $176.00 cleaning fee!!! I don't know who is managing this property but they are not doing the job! We will never stay here again or recommend!

I enjoyed working with Sandalwood Property Management. Jim was very professional and knowledgeable about rental services and working with the HOA. I knew I could count on him to care for selecting the right person to be my tenant. This is very important to me. This company provides quality service. I would highly recommend them.

Do not do business with Jim and Lise Kealey. In our HOA's transition to another management co. Jim refused to hand over our community's books, record, denied us access to our own bank accounts, which is obviously illegal. When our President, VP and Treasurer went to his location to acquire them, he called the police and had our three Board Officers trespassed. If you google Jim Kealey's history, he opens and closes his businesses in several states, you will read why. Do not fall victim to him and his practices.

Jim and Lise are honest and straightforward in their business dealings with us .We intend to work with them more in the future in assisting us and our properties. They have dealt with us most professionally and we highly recommend them to our friends and business associates..

Jim and Lise are very professional and act quickly ensuring a higher ROI on my investment properties. Great communicators with tools in place which allow easy reports to be sent my way. I give them my highest recommendation. KH
