After leaving a very descriptive and honest review of our stay via HomeAway in one of their properties that was advertised as being "cute", "modern" and "updated" in Port Aransas, TX, and in fact ended up being rundown with uncomfortable mismatched furniture, dirty floors and giant roaches running rampant in the unit, Kevin Hall took it upon himself to retaliate against me by rating me one star on HomeAway simply because I was being honest. This is after I sent a very civilized email to them about our overall bad experience regarding our stay in which he responded to with a litany of apologies and excuses. In the end, he could have made a mends and offered me a refund as I had already expressed how much I loved the community and planned on returning, just not to this particular unit. He se

We love calling on Sand Key Realty when we need a cottage to escape to! The cottages at Spanish Village are wonderful, with yards for the pets to relax too! The staff is very friendly and accommodating! I give them 5 stars for customer service, cleanliness of cottages, and taking the time to make absolutely sure my stay is perfect! Thank you so much!
