Sand Dunes Apartments

I have lived at Sand Dunes since 2013 and I love it here. No place is ever perfect but our manager tries her best to accommodate everyone fairly. What people don't take into consideration is that she has rules and regulations she has to follow. Some residents take it personally if they don't get want they want but she's going by what our lease says. I can't tell you how invaluable Janet has been since she arrived here. Sand Dunes has had horrible managers who didn't know their job. She is effective, efficient, and well-versed in knowledge on how a property is supposed to be run. I thank the good Lord for her willingness to help whenever she can. Most of the residents in Sand Dunes love and appreciate her.

The Sand Dunes apts are a great place to live. Management is very nice, as well as maintenance. It is quite and a safe place

Hi, I live here and I like it here. The only bad thing is that several residents are always taking pictures of the neighbors. Because of those people we have to live as if we were prisoners.

Poor management: mgr uses mean ghetto style threats to intimidated residents as a means to maintain control -very damaging mentally & increases stress & lacks empathy for disabled ppl, safety measures on grounds are totally insufficient as far as tripping over fallen palm fruit (no preventative thoughts!) & ppl congregating behind apts at night, old appliances (fridge rots food or freezes it) , general 'new' maintenance unskilled, unpleasant neighbors get in your daily activities & let their dogs 'go' on your apt walkway area or the male residents will snatch up the 'free bread' & if you complain (about stealing from the poor as is said) they will actually spit luggies right near you when they walk by you. Generally an unpleasant place to live. RA mgr needs to be more responsible to ensure
