Sanctuary on 22nd Apartments

What’s to say that hasn’t been said? Move in in July 2022. So happy to move out July 2023. Took 2 days to fully clean the place when I moved in. Dealt with a neighbor that screamed all day. Dogs off leash running around. There was new management every other month. Office staff was rotated every few weeks too. Can’t ever get in contact with the leasing office. There was a month they lost everyone’s payment and everyone got notices. Water was off a few times a week for HOURS!! And now I too am fighting for my deposit. I know they’ll copy the lease agreement but that’s not what it said in my email. That and why would anyone return a deposit to the last known address!? YOU ARE MY LAST KNOWN ADDRESS! Lol and clearly I don’t live there anymore! The staff there has made comments on multiple occas

I arrived at sanctuary apartments at 9:00 am to speak to manager, because my voicemail were not being returned . Than I come into the office and the on-site manager did not greet me nor did he let me know that he was the only one in the office at all or stated that he can assist me in a little bit. I was waiting in the office for 34 minutes with him not saying anything to me. However he did walk past me with no eye contact nor I’ll be with you in minute. To the corporate office stop hiring individuals that don’t have customer service skills, this is prime example of poor skills so he lied on his application.

There are holes in the wall that bugs crawl through and management refused to fix it. When they do decide to send someone out, they don’t complete the job and it ends up worse than before. It has been a year now and they continue to be no help. The cabinet doors also consistently break so move in ate the risk of your own mental health.

They just emailed us to leave a review a here is it So far I’m unhappy with the apartment since it’s roach infested, we have to kill at least one roach everyday., the pest issue should have been taken care of before our move in date. Bathtubs are rusty and the paint is falling off, wall sockets are open and it looks like the roaches are coming off from there. The apartment wasn’t clean when we moved in there was a lot of dust in the windows. The exteriors of the apartment complex are always dirty and full of dog feces, there is always people trashing the exteriors. I have seen people in the swimming pool areas acting loudly and with glass bottles of beer, not following the rules. The swimming pool water looks dirty. If you know what’s good for you don’t you dare even consider this place!! I have been living here for the past two years and I have received nothing awful customer service. Someone was parked in my covered spot, and when I called the towing company that the apartment complex uses they tell me that they can’t towe anyone from the complex because the property owner have suspended any activity. When I called the apartment to help me out and see what I can do to get my parking spot back she tells me that can’t do anything about it and I just need to leave a note. I pay rent, I live here and every time I come to the workers at the office I am met with rude, condescending, mean workers. If you hate your job so much just quit!!! Don’t make it hard for us to live here. I have so much I can say but
