We have been in the building process with Jordan, James, Cat and the rest of their crew for just shy of 2 years (only because of Covid). We are closing in on the last few weeks of our dream home and backyard. Through this whole process Jordan has shown so much more detail, care and concern than we’d ever imagined. We hired Jordan to build our dream home after meeting with him several times. Before hiring him, we found him to be super responsive, helpful, and accommodating. We interviewed several builders, but in the end, we were most comfortable with him and his team based on these pre-contract meetings. The contracting and build process confirmed our initial impressions. He remained extremely responsive throughout the build process as did his team members, who are also outstanding (Cat and James rock). Sanctuary Custom Construction built our home 4 years ago, and my wife and I could not have been happier with the building experience or the beautiful home we have lived in for the last 4 years. If time and money are not a concern, then we would recommend Jordan Junior. We wasted 6+ months and more than $40k only to be told that our house was going to cost almost 40% ($300k) more than we shared as our budget despite being told that we were making "significant" cost saving decisions throughout the engineering and blue printing phases. Fortunately we got out before wasting any more time or money. There are a lot of details that we will not waste your time with, but based on our experience do some shopping around and beware.
