San Valiente

I’ve been staying at San Valiente for a few weeks now, and the experience has been excellent so far. The property is well maintained, comfortable, and thoughtfully managed, which makes settling in very easy. It has a calm, welcoming environment that genuinely feels like home rather than just a place to stay. A big part of what makes the experience stand out is the management. Andrea Pena has been incredibly supportive, approachable, and professional from day one. She is always responsive, attentive to details, and genuinely cares about residents having a smooth and comfortable stay. Any questions or concerns are handled quickly and with a great attitude, which makes a huge difference. Overall, San Valiente offers a great living experience, and Andrea’s management truly elevates it!

Tiffany was an amazing leading consultant. She was dedicated to touring me and answering every single question I had. She went above and beyond covering all bases when it comes to applying, moving in & all fees that will be included. She reassured me that it is a safe environment and that there are always an extra pair of hands here to help out even after the office being closed! Tiffany did an amazing job, appreciate it deeply! Lilly in the leasing office at San Valiente has been absolutely wonderful to work with. She is extremely kind, professional, and always quick to respond to my emails and phone calls. While I have lived in an apartment before, it had been many years, and the leasing process felt new to me. Lilly was very patient and supportive, taking the time to explain everything clearly and walking me step by step through the entire process, which made the transition smooth and stress free. I truly appreciate her dedication and care, and I highly recommend this apartment complex, its amenities, and especially the amazing team in the leasing office. So far, it has been a great experience.

Andrew was absolutely amazing. I was honestly really stressed during the move in process, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled and done right. He genuinely took the time to listen to what I wanted and needed and made sure I got exactly that. I never felt rushed or brushed off. He truly cared and that is rare to see these days. I just toured a 2bd 2ba apartment with Tiffany, and I was pleased with my experience. Tiffany demonstrated a professional yet down to earth demeanor. She was very knowledgable on the property, amenities, and the area. Tiffany was very thorough and transparent with move-in costs and monthly financially responsibilities. The apartment was spacious, seperate washer and dryer room off the kitchen, good size patio, spacious bathrooms with a lot of counter space, and spacious floorplans.
