I lived here for about a couple of years. The complex is very nice and clean, quiet, and very big, which is nice. The gym is really nice and large with plenty of equipment and machines, so much so that you won't need a gym membership if you live here. My 1 bedroom unit was great too, clean, good working condition, and most importantly, no pests. The management and staff are super friendly, especially James. I loved working with James, he is so nice and friendly! However, I never received my security deposit back when I moved out, even though I thought I left my unit in a clean and good condition, which was a bummer. Overall, I really enjoyed living here!
I leave reviews for every property I live in so you can know what to expect for the whole process, so here’s everything you need to know from a resident of two years :) The complex itself is always kept clean and I never had issues with amenities being closed for extended periods of time. Their application process is definitely the most thorough I’ve seen which can be a good thing and also very frustrating. They will charge you a higher deposit if you don’t have adequate rental history, money in your account, make 3x the rent, AND have been at your job for over a year. I was short of a year at my job by one week and had to pay a higher deposit. I experienced many issues within a short 7 month lease. The move in process was not clear and rushed, nor did I receive a copy of the lease agreement. The apartment was not really clean and curtains even had a couple missing blinds when I moved in. The AC unit broke down 5 separate times, though maintenance was receptive, this is not ideal in Las Vegas, especially during the summer. The community is overall very loud and not peaceful. Many dogs constantly bark throughout the day and night. There was also a safety incident involving another tenant, which resulted in me having to call both the police and on-site security. I came into the leasing office 90 days before my lease ended to let them know I would not be renewing. I was reassured that I would receive the notice to vacate form both
Rented a one bedroom unit from them, and ended up needing to leave the lease a couple months early. Went in to speak with the office about leaving early and was told the amount I’d have to pay in fees for the early termination. So I paid that amount and was on my way. Later I got a piece of mail from them stating I owed an additional $5,300. This was an amount that no one indicated to me or warned me of anything before hand. I called to try and get some info on what this was for, and was told the finance manager was in meetings that day and to call the next day. When I called the next day I was told that the manager was out that day and was sick the day prior. I looked at this apartment complex last week and was very impressed! It was so quiet and clean. The apartment was very spacious and up to date. Also loved the pool and gym. Aliyah was so helpful and listened to what I wanted with concern and kindness. I definitely will consider moving there when my lease is up. Thank you Aliyah for showing me the property. You are certainly a great asset to the company you work for.
