I toured San Travesia Apartment Complex recently and had the absolute best experience thanks to Aaliyah. She was incredibly personable from the moment I walked in and made the entire tour feel welcoming and comfortable. What really stood out was how knowledgeable she was about the property. She had an answer for every question and explained everything clearly and confidently. I’ve toured several other apartment communities, and this was by far the best touring experience I’ve ever had. Aaliyah didn’t make me feel rushed, she took her time walking me through the space, highlighted features I wouldn’t have even thought to ask about, and genuinely seemed excited about the community. I had such an AMAZING experience when I came here for a tour. I was helped by Aaliyah and she immediately made me feel so welcomed and comfortable! Aaliyah truly made this tour special because she really connected with me and was completely honest with any questions I had. I sold my bougie North Scottsdale condo and moved to San Travesia, cutting my housing costs by about $1,500 a month and avoiding what would have been significant ongoing repair expenses. A recent example: the tub faucet became very difficult to turn. Maintenance arrived promptly, brought in a plumber, and the valve replacement took quite a while. The entire repair cost me nothing, and the staff even offered me a furnished suite while the water was shut off. San Travesia is better than the high-end condo I sold in DC Ranch in every meaningful way: the amenities, the modern apartments, the staff, and the residents. I was especially impressed with the leasing staff Alyssa, Cierra, Aaliyah, and Priscilla!
