My place, home, our particular peaceful piece of heaven...
They will let you apply knowing no one moves out of these apartments. I've been on a waiting list nearly 2 years. When I originally applied and got approved they told me 3 to 6 months. They keep the money and you never get a call back lol.
Love the place...the only thing is the parking,if u come early good but if u decide to go out or come late ..you'll have to park wherever u find a spot *:( .Another thing i didnt like was the floor..only tiles in the entrance,kitchen and bathroom *:(
Do not waste your money in time on this place I was denied in is about to be 4 months now in they haven’t given me my hundred dollar deposit they’ll give you the run around there disorganized.
No one ever answers the phone I have left countless messages to no avail.
