San Pedro Village Apartments

I’ve had such a great experience living at San Pedro Village! From the moment I moved in, the staff and management made me feel welcome and taken care of. Everyone is friendly, professional, and always quick to respond to any questions or maintenance requests. I genuinely enjoy the community vibe here it’s clear the team cares about the residents and takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly.

These are definitely smoking apartments! If you want to smell your neighbor's, who lives below or above you and you're into breathing in, drug smoke, cigarettes smoke, or BO, Move there. I live there with my elderly father who caught copd from his last job of 40 years, and I had to keep rushing him to the hospital because of the poor air quality at our San Pedro Village Apartment. The heating and cooling systems are shared with your neighbor. Sadly my dad is in a nursing home because of decline in his health, and I moved the H out of there after a year there. I would give it 0 stars but google does not have that option. Stay away from this toxic place, the paint on the walls also has lead in it. I've lived here for a little more than a year and would have continued living here if I weren't moving out of the country. The apartment complex is fairly quiet and well kept. The office staff have always been helpful and maintenance requests were normally completed within 1-2 days of the request. I always felt safe living here

I have been living here since 2017 and it has been great! I have to admit the management was a little rocky in the beginning, but since the new people have taken over it has been great. Whenever you put in a request to maintenance they answer it immediately. They keep the area tended and clean. They always answer the phone. They are very friendly and understanding when you have a situation going on. The two managers Preston and Stephen upfront are amazing! The maintenance people are great as well. The entire staff is great! I feel that the one-bedroom apartments are a great size. The bedrooms are pretty large. They have walk in closets which is great. I lived in San Pedro Village for more than a year. I enjoyed the quiet and safe environment, The management was very responsive and helpful. The appliances are old but the maintenance guys are quick to take care of any repair. I strongly recommend this apartments to live for small families.
