Awesome movie event tonight. Big screen, loud speakers, popcorn, hot cocoa, and candy:) it’s giving old school drive in theater type vibes. Please do more of these here :)

Great event watching the Polar Express by the pool! The weather was perfect and the complimentary popcorn, hot chocolate, and snacks were delicious. Cannot wait for the next movie - would love to see a horror movie!! 😊

Ethan is absolutely amazing Update: after actually having to deal with everything, Ive lowered to 4 stars. I hate this because this is solely the applications teams fault. The actual San paseo team is amazing and helping me through this but the applications team doesn't seem to care about us at all. I keep receiving emails from different people and have spoke with 7 different people when I should have never been emailed from them in the first place. Everything was taken care of but then got complicated when they tried getting me to sign an incorrect deposit agreement and kept asking me for pay stubs that I don't have. Whenever I explain the whole situation to a new person from that team they just send another to ask again. This is frustrating and the only reason I'm still moving here is b

I’ve lived here for a year and I love the community. Very professional and host fun events for residents.

I previously lived in this complex from 2015 through 2017, I was very happy living here. I moved back to Arizona from Florida in 2023. Moving back to San Paseo was a total disappointment. The apartment was in poor condition, not in move in condition. The bathroom sink and tub would not drain. I called maintenance and they would not fix the clogged drain. I was told to get a drain snake left in the clubhouse and fix it myself. Both drains were clogged with long hair, not mine. I almost threw up after I fixed the drain. The refrigerator had large dents on it like someone hit it with a hammer. Overall cleanliness of the apartment was poor. On the community dashboard there were constant complaints about stolen packages at the residence’s door. Also, several reports of vehicles broken into. My
