San Paloma Apartments

I'm very happy to leave for 3 years. One thing that I have mostly liked is when the residents call the office to repport something that needs to be fixed in apartment, maintenance come right the way. San paloma is beautiful and peaceful place. I can't finish without being greatful to the nice women in office who work hard to make san paloma a pleasant place . Thank you for everything.

Such an amazing property and staff! Our team had the pleasure of speaking with Dolce and Tuta in the leasing office, and they were both so nice and welcoming during our visit! We hope to visit again soon and definitely recommend this great bunch! 5 Stars!!

I gave a review a week ago and they took it down. Seems as though this business isn’t interested in honest feedback so I’ll just keep leaving reviews because I believe people should have honest information before they move in somewhere. In that review I mentioned something fishy was going on with their Google review rating, guess that answered that question. This place has a horrible cockroach problem. Even when they “fix” it, it comes back. The gates are always “broken” so they are never closed and random people come in to use the dumpster which contributes to the infestation. It would be better for the admin of this place to use the energy they spend on removing reviews toward solving residents problems.

I love living here. The staff are thoughtful and kind, the pool is unbelievable, there's trash pickup at our front doors on weeknights. My only frustration has been that the parking spaces are a bit narrow and that can make it hard to get in and out of your car.

0 STARS ROACH INFESTED APARTMENTS DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE IN TO THESE APARTMENTS. It was horrible we moved in and seen nothing but baby roaches and all they told us is they will have pest control come out and if we kill them to throw them in the trash who says that like if that was normal to them & then the carpets dirty just dirty when we moved in . I would advise yall to saves y'all's money and move somewhere far away from here , then at the end of y'all's lease they will try to come up with any and everything to get more money out of you
