The place was great when we first moved in, but then we had to leave the light on in the kitchen because there were so many cockroaches. I had to throw out a whole bag of dog food then when they started crawling out of my purse at Walmart I thought that’s it. I lived there about three years ago and now they are trying to get money out of me for leaving and I wasn’t even living there, my husband and his son. But that was really awful when they started crawling on you in bed.

Stay away, I was living there for 5 years because the rent was a little bit cheaper, but this place was disgusting; kitchen toilet cabinets were old and falling apart, appliances were never replaced, they were repainted instead, maintenance was bad, roaches infection, dirty stairwell.

There are more pros than cons in living here the past 3 years in a studio apartment. I recently signed up to move forward with a 2/2 because our family is growing and it has always been a very easy process. First, we started with Tanisha who was awesome to work with and really made everything very comfortable for me and my husband because this was our first apartment together. Secondly, Rolando has always called if we had any issues and it's also been very easy to speak with him on issues I've had and to be honest, I think I've only had one about our drain and it was fixed the next day. Third, bless those maintenance workers. They always follow the directions on the maintenance log, and work very hard and even call when we ask when they are entering the home. Roach infested, they’ll try to take you to collections for leaving and finishing your contract. Disputing and have advised the health department. Not livable conditions for anyone.

I am extremely disappointed with the conditions at San Michele Apartments of West Palm Beach, located at 8901 Okeechobee Blvd. The pest control here is abysmal. The roach infestation is completely out of control—they are in the walls, sockets, and vents, making the apartment utterly unlivable. It’s disgusting. The management has the audacity to blame the tenants, claiming the issue is due to trash being left outside the doors. However, this is nonsensical because the complex has a valet trash pickup service. If I leave for work at 8 AM and don't return until 7-8 PM, my trash often misses the valet pickup. If I put it out early, I get fined or reprimanded for violating policy. This catch-22 is incredibly frustrating and unfair. The core issue is the pest management. The complex takes no c
