San Merano at Mirasol Apartments

I stopped in to pick up information for my son who is relocating to Florida for a new job. I was greeted by someone at the front desk. She introduced herself, Daisy and offered me water or a refreshment. (went to 3 other communities that week and not one person offered me a drink). She proceeded to ask questions regarding my search for an apartment; I told her it was for my son who is relocating for his new job. Daisy provided me floor plans and went over the different floor plan types that they have. She explained the different upgrades and asked to see what he would like or needed. She went through pricing based on my son not needing a place until June. One of her colleagues came in and she introduced me to them as well. My husband recently toured San Merano at Mirasol with Alyse, and we were blown away by the experience! Alyse was absolutely amazing! So sweet, warm, and incredibly informative. I spoke with her over the phone and immediately got the feeling that this was the perfect place for us. The property itself is stunning, and Alyse went above and beyond to help us find our ideal apartment. We’re so excited to move in at the end of the month and become part of such a beautiful and welcoming community. Thank you, Alyse, for making this such a special experience!

IGNORE ANY POSITIVE REVIEW ABOUT A TOUR. They ask people who have a good tour to leave a positive review. I made the mistake of seeing their rating and thinking this was a good place to live. Having a good tour and having a good living experience are obviously 2 very different things and the fact they ask people to do that is so wrong. I would not recommend moving here based off my experience. When I toured here I was shown 2 units and both of them looked exactly the same, and I was told by the leasing agent my unit (which we couldn't tour) would also look identical. That meant it would have plank flooring throughout. However on my move in day my unit had carpet. This is a problem because I have severe allergies and a dog. Plus, they told me I would have hardwood floors, so they weren't b
