I’ve lived here for a little over two and a half years, and this property used to feel close to perfect. Over time, many amenities and maintenance standards have declined. The pool, once open 24/7, now closes at 10pm. Several pedestrian gates that provided safe, convenient access to nearby bus stops and shopping areas have been welded shut, leaving only two broken gates near the car entrances that can be pushed open easily. These have been broken for as long as I’ve lived here and do not feel secure. Since new management took over, much of the communication has focused on tenant behavior. While I understand the frustration with uncompliant tenants, recent emails ask residents to gather details, photos, and apartment numbers when witnessing violations. This feels unsafe and ineffective, es
Recently moved in, the apt I have is spacious and everything inside the apt is in good working condition. The issue I have mostly is with the property upkeep as it seems everyone seems to mention. While I first toured the place, there was trash all the way to the apt I was shown. (Leasing agent looked passed it and walked by it 2x) I thought ok, it was a bit breezy the day before. Now that I’ve moved in, there is still trash everywhere. I take the liberty to pick up around my area, however, while walking the property at nights, there is trash everywhere. While reading everyone’s responses, just know that these are general AI responses. If management really cared about the property, actions speak more than a general AI responses. Please do your due diligence when looking for a place. Ever
Stopped in today for some property outreach and had a great conversation with Giselle. From the start, she was professional, approachable, and easy to talk to. She made time for us, shared helpful insight, and created a really positive first impression of the community. You can tell she takes pride in what she does and cares about providing a strong experience for everyone who walks through the door. That kind of energy makes a difference. Appreciate you, Giselle. Thank you for being so welcoming, we look forward to working together. Ryan Poulson AJ Employment Services
Growing more disappointed by the day. Pool is closed AGAIN on a Saturday with no prior communication. The gym is filthy and concerns are never addressed. It is impossible to get a response from the management. Doggie cleanup stations bags are rarely available and the pet trash cans are always overflowing. Community grills are broken, neighbors use community water to fill up their hot tub on their patio (community water that other residents have to pay for), and dead plants are removed and never replaced. Gates along the perimeter of the property are broken and never locked. Irrigation leaks onto the hardscape areas and there is always water flowing down the street and sidewalks. Because of the lack of bags for pet feces, there are dog droppings everywhere. Groups of teens gather in the gym
Thankfully we'll be leaving soon. Since the multiple management changes over the past few years this complex has lost its integrity. Nothing is being done. Maintenance takes forever to visit for repairs. Repairs are ALWAYS needed, the units are basically pop up cardboard structures. Inspection notices but they never happen. Coming around dog poo at every corner has been a nightmare. The only things these apartments have going on is the pool (which gets closed down at least once a month for an accident of some sort), the high ceilings, "wood" floors, and fire places. The community here has become detached and just bleak. When we first moved in things actually felt worth its value. FAR from luxury now.
