I have been at San Mateo for about six months and I have had no complaints. The complex is quiet and maintenance responds very quickly. My only complaint is the outdated appliances and the painting of the tubs that peel after the second shower 🤣. But for the price it’s ideal for me!

Cynthia and Selena have literally made everything so easy and smooth. Always available to get in contact with and have always been willing to work with me. Very pleasant experience overall 🙏🏽

the pool looks like shrek himself uses it, plus creating a bug infestation which is a health hazard for the surrounding apartment areas . maybe they should use residential portal to let everyone know they aren’t doing their part in these apartments instead of sending useless announcements ! lol

I'll show you a little of what happens in these apartments, it's just a little test for those who want to rent or still don't move to their apartment, that happens often, they don't fix things, even if it's an emergency call, every weekend there are fights. and police officers for domestic violence, the staff in the office treat you very well while you are going to rent it later they are despots when you notify them of the problems that exist in the apartment when you call the emergency line they do not answer the phone until 5 or more calls later and if it is an emergency they tell you that they will go until the next day even though it is an EMERGENCY there is never a place to park there are people who smoke marijuana and the smell gets into the apartments I had to leave because she coul

Summer 2025 I have been living here for almost two years , and one of the main reasons I chose these apartments was for the amenities, especially the TWO (2) pools. However, they are almost always closed—sometimes for weeks or even months—without a clear explanation or timely notice. This is extremely frustrating, especially considering we pay rent and maintenance fees that are supposed to include their use. Management should improve communication with residents and provide quick solutions instead of letting this problem happen over and over again.
