As I begin my 4th year as a San Mateo Crossings resident, I want to commend our exceptional management team for their outstanding service and care. Their attention to detail, security and dedication to maintaining all areas of our community is impressive. Whenever we need assistance, they respond promptly and professionally. In particular, I'd like to extend special recognition to the entire maintenance team under Romel’s leadership and their newest member, Elvis who is a valuable asset to our community, consistently keeping our outdoor areas clean, pressure washing sidewalks, and washing carpets in all buildings. Elvis’s hard work and commitment to excellence are truly appreciated. Over the past 4 years, I've witnessed significant improvements, and I'm grateful for the team's dedication

Evelyn was phenomenal . She helped me through the process when I told her that it has been years since I lived in an apartment , she helped me step-by-step what I needed to do. God bless her. San Mateo Crossings is truly a standout property. I will soon be renewing my lease to start my 4th year as a very happy resident where I truly feel at home. The maintenance team, led by Romel and the administration team, particularly Jahaira, the community manager has made significant positive changes since joining two years ago, together with Evelyn and Wileshka always pleasant , professional doing a fantastic job. I truly want to commend Elvis the newest member of the maintenance team he deserves special mention for his outstanding and exceptional work in keeping the property clean and beautiful. As a newly married couple we came in looking for an apartment we had an eye on, and Evelyn helped us do just that. She was kind and patient with us and was quick to help and showed that she really values her job. We can't wait to live in our new apartment!

Very nice office staff, cute and pretty landscaping even at 3 AM. Was driving back into Osceola county on Orange AVE and stopped by to take some pics. Very safe area. Left my car running for 30 minutes with the lights on and UNLOCKED. Didn’t get mugged or panhandled by some random homeless person like you will on 192 & John young 💯 also very good access to main roads and a modern hospital. Would recommend.
