San Marino Apartments

After living in five different apartment complexes all across Utah over the past five years, I can honestly say that San Marino Apartments has been the best experience we've ever had—hands down. The office staff is amazing—super friendly, helpful, and just genuinely kind people. Anytime we’ve had a question or needed something, they’ve been quick to respond and always easy to work with. What really stands out, though, is the maintenance team. They’re seriously the best we’ve ever had. Every time we’ve submitted a request, they’ve shown up the same day, and they always fix things quickly and professionally. On top of that, they’re just really good people—super respectful and easy to talk to. The whole place is clean, quiet, and really well taken care of. It actually feels like home here,

The worst thing we could have done was file a complaint about the excessive number of mice. They never responded to our calls. The mice were all over the kitchen, running over the food and damaging my furniture, and they never took responsibility for that. We managed to move out and break the contract, but when we left, we received a $3,800 penalty. I went to the office, and it was excuse after excuse. They sent me to collections without communicating with me or helping me set up a payment arrangement, which would not have been fair given the condition in which I left the place. I have lived here for FIVE YEARS and never had a problem until recently. I guess I get to be the leasing offices scapegoat for the weed smell in the breezway DESPITE me not smoking anything ever due to asthma and having a two year old and also inviting them in to smell my actual weed free unit. Instead they choose to fine and harass me over and over. I can no longer recommend moving here. Also the neighbors are loud and Colby in building K never cleans up his dogshit ✌️

I lived in these apartments for two years. After all is said and done I must say I cannot recommend anyone choose this community over the abundance of available apartments in the area. This community has issues that seem to have been here through employee and management changes that would indicate a poor company culture. Pros-location, maintenance staff is quick and will give you a friendly wave when seeing you around the community. Cons/experiences Ive replied to their response to this review twice and have not gotten any reply. I moved into this apartment and expressed my concern over the condition of the carpet prior to moving in. It was very clearly past the end of its service life and had a very notable odor about it. We moved in on Saturday and it was nice enough. There were some cleanliness issues we noticed when we moved in that have not been addressed but most of the maintenance issues were handled day of. The staff in the office are nice and we’re excited to live here
