Family oriented, friendly people in my experience visiting friend that lives there. I've always felt warmly welcomed by everyone. It seems there's a wide variety of cultures and I like that very much, as I'm originally from NY, Italian predominantly little Norwegian family, in my ancestors, but in the youth the cultures & ethnicities are mixed and I love them all dearly! I find that, so long as you are respectful and treat others kindly, as you wish to be treated, you never have a problem. I demand respect, but I also give it. I'm old school 100%. As for living I personally need more space myself. If the rooms were bigger and garaged parking I could definitely see living here when I down size. Ok, maybe with a heated pool & fitness room. Very nice and affordable housing for a single guy like myself. Quiet for the most part except some kids screaming at the top of their lungs. But hey, they're kids. Very quiet part of the south side. Pool is kept up nicely and I love the management team. They have been very helpful and understanding during rough patches. I have been here almost two years now.

Affordable an clean property for a small family, close to schools for every age, grocery stores within 5 miles, with city bus stop in front of apartments. Management very professional, very friendly and quick to resolve any issues, maintenance as well quick to fix any issues within your apartment.... Never had any problems everyone minds there own business children playing in the playground area which also is clean

I lived here for 2 years Aug 19 to Aug 21. There was some good and bad. Some bad could no be controlled like bugs and a small homeless camp in the empty lot next door. Tenants frequent screwed up the entrance gate including someone ramming it. The laundry room card is cash only which means it has to be in the office. The gym is also in the office. So they are only accessible Monday- Saturday 9 to 5. The pool would close at times. 2020 was a strange year so I will give them that. There was some good as well. Never had an issue the management or maintenance. Repairs were completed quickly even the same day if requested early enough. When open the pool and jacuzzi were great. Never had an issue with another tenant. Almost felt like an old neighborhood. The rent was decent when I was there co
