San Marco Square Apartments

Wow! Have these apartments changed! They are so clean and beautifully updated. The upgraded appliances fit nicely with the modern kitchen. I really love what the new management has done with the property. The staff I spoke with at the complex was so kind and eager to help.

My wife and I decided to move out of NY to restart our life in FL. This apt was the best decision we made. Some apts have a washer and dryer, patios, and the extra space if you need it. The landlords are an amazing people to talk to. Of course our fur babies loveee it here. There a Large dog park for my dog to run around and get his energy out. There a beautiful gazebo with a coal grill (new and clean) we can use anytime.

This is a true fully upgraded apartments complex in San Marco. Located at a very quiet street, yet close to everything you need—shops, cafes, and entertainment. The modern finishes and well-designed layout make it a comfortable, stylish and very inviting.

Cozy community located in a very peaceful cul-de-sac in San Marco . Without all the noise and extra crowd of a big community, but still very close to everything we need as a young couple. Apartments are actually even better than the photos ! Very relaxing courtyard, oversized dog park, plenty of parking. 10 stars.

These apartments have had "no availability" for years and years. (At least 10) They have no pictures of the interior of the property, let alone a model apt to look at and they don't even have their phone number listed. Seems unprofessional, unclean and frankly a little disturbing place to lay your head. Needs new painting, new management and I'm pretty positive it needs new plumbing and has roaches.
