San Juan Apartments

My grandmother has lived here for about 5 years now, the place is calm and nice but my grandmother has put multiple complaints and isn’t being heard. Simple things as tenants not making tons of noise on the upstairs apartment at inappropriate times when my grandmother suffers from insomnia, pool not “working” and every time I come to visit it’s “closed”, cameras not working? Knowing there’s a motel next door. It’s just a lot of things that aren’t being resolved but the price of the apartments keep going up and up and up. Please listen to your long term tenants, you wouldn’t want your mother or father to go unheard.

I Started living here five months ago. It's very nice and quiet, also good maintenance. The equipment in kitchen is updated, good space selection for seniors! Very satisfied..

Nice place and apartments look great. Just no security at night for seniors, no gate to keep seniors safe, they can’t place a security camera on their door for safety(because there’s been a few times ppl that do not belong there have wandered in), and lastly the rent goes up consistently. No one cares anymore for seniors on fixed incomes.

Wonderful location. Very peaceful, quiet, and a beautiful unit with awesome washer and dryer in unit. Love this place. Pool/ spa not in useable condition though. But overall pleased.

Don't live here, my parents live here for the past 3 or 4 years and they have increased their rent four time. That's abuse. They live out of their social security check, which is not a lot, and this place instead of helping residents? No, they screwed them, very unfair for the oldest.. I can't wait for they leasing is up in December because I'm gonna bring them to live in my place with me and my wife..🙏
