San Jose Apartments

HUD needs to shut this place down. Management is trash with no common sense.I mean if you have small children they should put you in a downstairs apartment it doesn't take a genius to know that. Trash always everywhere for weeks at a time no lights outside to see at night. Plumbing problems. This is an ugly place to live i thought i was going to live in a comfortable place for my children and i smfh.They even had to go to the lowest to lie in court to evict me but lies never win. Just stay away from this place especially if you have kids🙅

Either they cut down the bush or place this “VISTOR” sign so visitors can see and won’t get their cars TOWED. It’s hidden nd people can’t see it. This is a setup for failure!

WELCOME to THE SAN JOSE APARTMENTS!! Apparently or apartment having mold in every room isn’t a “priority “ they’ll get to it when they can. It has been 4 days with mold obviously I had to clean it because me and my baby’s were getting sick!! They never came to check on it! Even tho I called about it multiple times I still haven’t had any help!! I had to clean it my self but I’m not an inspection person so it’s only so far I can clean it’s DEEP down in the surface!! I just pray we don’t get lead poisoning!I cleaned what I could just to try to keep the sickness down on all of us!! So if they don’t care about that and it’s not a “priority” then I can only imagine. Maintenance is trash don’t expect no type of help from them at all!!

Living here for about four years these apartments have gone down hill. Mostly all the lights in the breeze ways are out and the building lights are out to. There’s a lot of wierd people walking around and u car gets broken into or cataylic converter will get stolen right off your car. Management needs to step up with these apartments.

The landlord there is not professional, she gets her personal problems get in her way of her profession and takes it out on her tenants in any way she can. She needs to get herself checked, that's probably why this place gets low reviews. This place is not recommended, and it's not worth it.
